Chapter 17 Wrap-Up

Hey folk, with Chapter 17 wrapping up, I just wanted to pop in and say hi to everyone. I know this chapter was a bit different than the norm, and I hope that you guys enjoyed something a different. I know a fancy night of dinner and dancing is a big change of pace from exploring underground civilizations, decrepit crypts and steamy jungles. And don’t worry, this comic isn’t just becoming a romance comic. I have some more action-packed adventures planned for Asura, Ada and the rest of the crew in the coming chapters. Right now I’m just giving them a bit of a breather after all that they’ve been through.
A breather eh? I’ve spent the past two weeks thinking “They’re gonna get attacked out of the sky next Sunday’s chapter.”
I wanted to be nice to the characters. I also kind of lamp shaded that a couple weeks ago when Ada commented how she expected the evening to be a trap, and it was nice that it wasn’t.
