Hey Rune Readers, just doing a small post and check in. I’ve noticed that my last post about Super Mario Advance has been on the top page for quite some time. Nothing much exciting has been going on in my world, other that continuing to work on the comic and hoping that people continue to read it.  Nanno’s Story is going to be getting into full swing soon, I hope that you enjoy it.

If you’ve been following me on Twitter, you may also know about a small side project I am working on with friends. We’re in the pilot stages of doing a podcast, doing test runs to get a feel for recording. Hopefully we’ll get something up to par for broadcast, most likely when we dump the Singstar mics and get some real equipment.  Currently it’s a video gaming podcast, but don’t be too surprised if I sneak some Rune Hunters news in there every so often.

Finally, it’s that time of the year for large scale video gaming releases.  In between work on the comic and actual work, I’ve been getting in some time on Dragon Age: Origins.  I really am enjoying this one so far, a very well made RPG with some endearing characters.  Of course, it’s Bioware, they seem to have a knack for creating endearing characters.  I’m looking forward to New Super Mario Bros. Wii, which comes out tomorrow, for some old school platforming fun.  Finally, I am tempted to pick up Mordern Warfare 2, but having never played any of the other Call of Duties, I am hesitant on this choice.  I hear it’s awesome and I do have friends playing all of the time on Live, so it would probably be quite fun.

Anyways, that went on a bit longer than I expected.  Time to get back on to work on the comic.
